Hello, my name is Julie. Im 39 yrs old. I have had severe stomach pain for 3 days now, plus im nauseous . I have thrown up some blood today and im also bleeding when I have a BM. The symptoms are consistent with severe acid reflux. As of now, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
